In order for boosting study effenciency and facilitating better involvement, I’d like to propose a better way for our communication and interaction by optimizing our course structure.
Some alterations with regard to our previous course structure will be carried out for the sake of smoothing the communication and advancing mutual understanding, please refer to the following details：
1、随着队伍的壮大，为保证大家参与及训练时间，互动时间延长半小时，以增加各位的输出时长和互动频率。
In the light of the paticipants of the DH course reaches it’s maximum number of 5, I’m willing to offer extended study length by adjusting it from 8:00pm-9:00pm to 8:00pm-9:30pm for better output. (longer duration of practise and self-presentation, better results and outputs.)
2、主持人问题抛出后，不管是针对哪个人，有知道答案的，都可以参与回复，以缩短响应时间。同时鼓励大家共同帮扶，互赞鼓励。
To mitigate the timespan of awkward silence whenever the host throws a question, all of you are encouraged to take the challenges and give the thumbs up as long as you find the answer is beneficial and informative.
3、角色扮演之后，不再花额外时间做语音练习，在发音纠音方面，我们已经开设了系统的收费课程，后续将由二
语习得超前卫践行者Anna老师帮助大家提升。

4、单词、短语、俚语开始划分权重，重点讲解高频和常见的，并尽量配备鲜活的视频剪辑素材，帮助大家结合场景记忆和理解，对于比较生僻的一带而过。
Words, pharses and idioms will be devided into groups in terms of its frequency of occurrence, uncommonly adopted ones will be eliminated or weakened so as to concentrate on what’s essential and practical during the presentation. Furthermore, to strengthen your memory and recall of information, we’re going to offer you the most effective resources to the best of our ability.
5、针对高频词汇与核心语句，提供上传小视频，供大家语音打卡服务。（为减少大家的学习负担，视频长度在20秒以内）
A video collection with regard to frequently used words and pharses will be uploaded one by one to a third-party platform, and you would have all the clips at your disposal, which will not only enables you practise pronuncation, but also allows you to digest what you’ve learnt in a more favorable and effective manner.
